The main fibers of the sock are made from recycled materials, and merino wool adds extra warmth and comfort. A durable and eco-friendly choice for hiking. The Red-Cycled Nylon used in the socks is recycled nylon sourced from fishing nets that have reached the end of their life in the fishing industry. Lorpen’s merino wool is mulesing-free, and the Lycra® used in the socks is a synthetic elastane fiber that can stretch up to six times its length and return to its original shape repeatedly. This helps the sock maintain its shape well.
